Delete Your EarnBox Account

EarnBox is operated by Baloch Sahab Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited.

You can request deletion of your EarnBox account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Directly in the app (fastest)

1. Open EarnBox and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm — this submits your deletion request immediately.

Option 2: By email

1. Send an email to support@balochsahab.com from the email address registered on your EarnBox account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
2. Include your registered email address in the message.
3. If you have any pending withdrawal or an available wallet balance, let us know how you'd like it handled before deletion.

We will confirm your identity and process your request, usually within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email, and password.
• Your profile information (display name, profile picture).
• Your saved withdrawal destination details (JazzCash/Easypaisa/bank/USDT).
• Your device and push notification tokens.

What we retain, and for how long

We retain your wallet transaction and withdrawal history (amounts, dates, and status — not your withdrawal destination details, which are deleted) for up to 3 years after account deletion, as required for financial record-keeping, fraud investigation, and legal compliance. This retained data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.
